STEM Club
Our S.T.E.M. Club offers hands-on opportunities to innovate, problem-solve, and collaborate in science, technology, engineering, and math.
The S.T.E.M. Club at Our Lady of Grace Catholic School offers students an exciting opportunity to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences. Open to students with a curiosity for how things work and a passion for innovation, the club encourages problem-solving, teamwork, and creative thinking beyond the traditional classroom setting. Club members engage in a wide range of activities such as building and testing structures, coding simple programs, conducting experiments, and participating in engineering design challenges.
Through these interactive projects, students learn to ask questions, test hypotheses, and refine their ideas—developing not only technical skills but also perseverance and collaboration. The S.T.E.M. Club also integrates real-world applications, encouraging students to think critically about how science and technology can be used to solve everyday problems and improve their communities while continuing drawing ties to our faith traditions. Whether designing bridges from spaghetti, launching bottle rockets, or exploring robotics, students in S.T.E.M. Club experience the joy of discovery while growing as innovators, thinkers, and future leaders in the world of science and technology.
