199 tickets will be sold at $100 each.  Draw Down ticket #200 will be auctioned off during the live auction, then added to the drum after 190 numbers have been pulled. At the start of the Draw Down, numbers will be continuously eliminated until there are 10 numbers left.  The 10 finalists will be asked to come forward and decide if they would like to split the $10,000 prize or continue drawing.  It must be a unanimous decision to split. Each time a number is called, the remaining ticket holders will decide whether to divide the winnings as a group or continue drawing numbers. This continues until there is agreement among the group or a winner. In the event that one of the final 10 tickets is held by someone not attending the event, no decision can be made by the other remaining ticket holders to split profits unless the missing ticket holder(s) can be reached by telephone immediately. If the ticket holder(s) cannot be reached by telephone, numbers will be drawn until the missing ticket holder either wins or is eliminated by having their number called. Winner is responsible for all tax liabilities and does not need to be present. Winnings will be paid by check within 10 days of receipt of signed tax form from winner.
