    Events on Wednesday 02.22.2012

    • Ash Wednesday 7:45 am - 8:45 am

      Students in Grades 1-8 will attend the parish Mass. This Mass is extremely crowded. If you /your student are not in church by 7:45a.m., space may be difficult to find. Dress uniform. Kindergarten will receive ashes in their classroom. 1st Reading: Joel 2:12-18; 2nd Reading: 2 Corinthians 5:20-6:2; Gospel: Matthew 6: 1-6, 16-18.     • Important Dates for Prospective Families

    Elementary & Junior High Open House for Parents and Students

    Friday, January 27th
    6:00pm ~ Library, Administration Building
    The school Ice Cream Social will follow Open House at 7:30 in Moloney Center.

    Kindergarten Open House for Parents and Students

    Sunday, January 29th
    12:30pm ~ Kindergarten Classroom
    Families are encouraged to attend 11:00 Mass in celebration of Catholic Schools’ Week.  Please stop for refreshments, as OLG School will host coffee, juice, and donuts in Moloney Center immediately following Mass.  The Kindergarten classroom will be open from 12:30 – 2:30.  Testing appointment schedules will be available.

    Kindergarten Informational Meeting for Parents

    Monday, February 6th
    3:30pm ~ Kindergarten Classroom
    This meeting is for parents only, as the teachers will present the philosophy, curriculum, and schedule, as well as answer any questions you may have.  Please plan for approximately 2 hours.  Testing appointments may also be made at this time.

    Kindergarten Placement Testing

    Week of February 13th
    By Appointment ~ Administration Building ($25 fee payable at time of scheduling)

    Elementary & Junior High Placement Testing

    Tuesday, March 6th
    1pm ~ Administration Building ($25 fee payable at check-in)
